Work hard, play hard, and have fun….. (Anchor Down). We will do our best to improve each individual player and the team. We will challenge them, push them, and talk to them with respect. As dads, we cherish the time we get to spend with the team. We know our actions can influence these young men and we take that seriously. We will be hard on them when needed, we will talk to them when needed, and we will laugh with them when needed. This should be a challenging but enjoyable sport for all involved.
